Gary S. Barnes, Ph.D. has been MAPS’ Executive and Clinical Director since 2006. Formerly the Chief Operating Officer for Monadnock Family Services, Dr. Barnes has spent nearly 30 years working in community mental health care in New Hampshire. Dr. Barnes is a licensed clinical psychologist and an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Psychology at Antioch University New England. Joyce Webster has been the Office Manager and Billing Specialist since 2008. Joyce has over 25 years of experience as a Practice Manager and Billing Specialist in mental health settings. Her experience has helped MAPS achieve an outstanding billing system and a collection rate that is second to none. Dawn Reed joined MAPS as our Executive Assistant in 2013, after previous experience in business accounts positions in England. Dawn brings a kind and patient voice to our front office where she is most likely to be the first voice you hear when you call MAPS with a question or to make a referral. Dawn is responsible for processing our initial referrals, greeting clients at the windows, handling hundreds of phone calls each day and helping to ensure that our charts and our clinicians remain well organized. Lynne Kilburn is the Assistant Intake Coordinator. She joined the team in the Spring of 2016. She has retired from her career with the United States Army and now works with the front office staff in providing exceptional customer service to MAPS clients.
