Dr. Ralph Sperry, a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Board Certified in Organizational and Business Psychology, has been appointed Executive Director of Maps Counseling Center in Keene. He was previously the Executive Director of Behavioral Health Services for Solution Health directing the mental health and substance use programs of Elliot Medical Center and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Dr. Sperry has served as CEO of psychiatric hospitals in Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Santa Fe New Mexico. He has also been the Chief Operating Officer of May Institute, and the National Autism Center in Randolph MA. Both organizations are internationally respected for research and treatment for autism. He is a global expert speaker and behavioral health consultant for the US State Department. In that capacity he consults with countries in their quest to develop and expand services for behavioral health, addiction, and autism. Dr. Gina Pasquale, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, is the Chief Clinical Officer and Associate Executive Director of Maps Counseling. In her clinical practice she works with individuals across the lifespan. Working from the Keene office, Gina specializes in Infant, Child, and Adolescent Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and geropsychology. Tina Borsa, LCMHC is Maps Training Director and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Keene. As training director, Tina brings her passion for networking and connecting with the community. She truly enjoys helping student interns and pre-licensure clinicians navigate their way in the clinical world and form their professional identity. She believes the training program at Maps has a critical role in being both a resource to our community and providing education. As a clinician, she specializes in working with children and their families, adolescents, and adults. Tina brings her experience with play therapy to working with children who are dealing with trauma, behavioral and emotional problems. She works with children and adolescents with behavioral, school, and social problems. Tina is also trained in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and mindfulness techniques as well as family systems theory. Tina is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Certified Therapist. With adults her clients include those with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Tina has a holistic approach with a focus on creative expression such as Soul Collage to help people find purpose and hope in their daily lives. Dawn Reed is the Business Manager of Maps.  She first joined Maps as our Executive Assistant in 2013, after previous experience in business accounts positions in England. Dawn is responsible for running the front office and does just about anything that is needed from billing to ordering supplies.  She brings a kind and patient voice to our front office where she ensures that our charts and our clinicians remain well organized and that Maps as a whole runs smoothly.
