Bethann Clauss, LICSW, is the Executive Director and a child and family clinician working in the Keene office.   Bethann is a relational therapist committed to attending to the whole person to support growth, healing, connection and safety.  Her areas of specialty include spiritually integrated psychotherapy, attachment focused family therapy and addressing the impact of childhood trauma.  She believes that when pain and suffering cannot be prevented, the experience can be held and integrated in a way that promotes connection, health, and security.   Bethann believes that every person is uniquely valuable, worthy of love and connection.  Therapy can be a healing space to navigate the difficult layers of life, whether it be from individual trauma or the impact of systemic oppression and marginalization.

Bethann received her MSW from Boston University in 2001.  She has been a member of the Maps team since 2013, serving as the Clinical Director for four years before transitioning into the Executive Director role in November of 2020.

Jill Burns is the Associate Executive Director of Maps and works mainly out of the Peterborough office.  She is licensed in NH as an LCMHC & a MLADC.  Jill  really enjoys and works well with adult clients who are suffering with anxiety, adjustment disorders, relationship issues and other life transitions issues. Her theoretical orientation is integrated, drawing upon various schools of thought including solution focused, transpersonal, mindfulness-based, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing strategies. Jill believes in working with clients from a holistic approach where the mind, body and spirit are all addressed for optimum overall health and happiness.  As the Associate Executive Director, Jill brings years of experience in leadership with the desire to assist others in their professional growth as well as her own professional growth through the shared experience.  Jill enjoys problem solving and working as a team to create the best working environment that will give each clinician the ability to give their clients the best care possible.  Contact Jill at 603-924-0961 or by email at jburns@mapsnh.org.

Tina Borsa, LCMHC is the Training Director of Maps.  She is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Keene. As a clinician, she specializes in caring for children and their families, adolescents and adults. Tina brings her experience with play therapy to working with children who are dealing with trauma, behavioral and emotional problems. She works with children and adolescents with behavioral, school and social problems. Tina is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as well as mindfulness techniques and family systems theory. With adults her clients include those with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Tina has a holistic approach with a focus on creative expression to help people find purpose and hope in their daily lives. As training director, Tina brings her passion for networking and connecting with the community. She truly enjoys helping student interns and pre-licensure clinicians navigate their way in the clinical world and form their professional identity. She believes the training program at Maps has a critical role in being both a resource to our community and providing education. Dawn Reed is the Business Manager of Maps.  She first joined MAPS as our Executive Assistant in 2013, after previous experience in business accounts positions in England. Dawn is responsible for running the front office and does just about anything that is needed from billing to ordering supplies.  She brings a kind and patient voice to our front office where she ensures that our charts and our clinicians remain well organized and that Maps as a whole runs smoothly.
