Join us for a workshop where we will dive into how we can use Essential Oils to help with our emotional wellness. Mental Health is important. The more tools we have, the better we are able to
take care of ourselves. In this workshop, we will cover topics such as healthy sleep and mood management. We will
discuss which oils best help us move through the anxious moments in life as well as oils that can help us deepen self
awareness.
Other more specific topics such as grief and forgiveness will also be included!
